The lovely Jamie Swartz is here visiting me in the Bulg right now! In addition to showing her my town and life here, we also took a quick trip over the border into Macedonia. We had planned to spend the three days in Skopje (the capital), but we had both heard how beautiful Lake Ohrid was a few hours south. Turns out the PC Volunteer contact I had for Macedonia lives there, so we hopped an afternoon train and spent the night there at a great little guesthouse about 15 minutes off the water.
